What information we collect
We only collect the information we need to respond to you and operate our website. This includes:
- Information you give us directly — when you submit an enquiry, request a consultation, book an appointment, subscribe to updates, or build a quote, we may collect your name, company, email address, telephone number, appointment details, packaging requirements, selected products, quantities, artwork choices, and any files or other information you choose to provide.
- Information collected automatically — when you visit our website, our systems and certain third-party services may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited. This is described further under "Cookies and analytics" below.
- Information stored in your browser — the quote builder may temporarily store your selected products, configuration and attached artwork in your browser so that your work is not lost while you move around the website. This information remains on your device until it is submitted, removed, or cleared through your browser settings.
We do not knowingly collect special category data (such as health or financial information), and we ask that you do not include such information in your enquiries.

Who we share your information with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our website and respond to you, and only to the extent necessary. These include:
- Zapier — enquiry, newsletter and quote information (including artwork files where supplied) passes through Zapier so that it can be delivered to the systems used by our team. Zapier's privacy policy.
- HubSpot — we use HubSpot as our customer relationship management system to organise enquiries, contacts, consent records and follow-up activity. HubSpot's privacy policy.
- Google — we use Google Workspace services to receive and manage enquiries and records, Google Calendar to provide appointment scheduling, Google Analytics to understand website usage where you have consented, and Google Fonts to display our typefaces. Information entered into the appointment scheduler is processed by Google. Google's privacy policy.
- Supabase — our product catalogue and related website data are delivered through Supabase. Requests to this service may include standard technical data such as your IP address and browser information. Supabase's privacy policy.
- Sanity — some website and project content is delivered through Sanity's content platform. Requests to this service may include standard technical and access-log data. Sanity's privacy policy.
- Cookiebot by Usercentrics — Cookiebot records and manages your cookie choices so that non-essential technologies can be controlled according to your preferences. Cookiebot's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare — some website resources (such as icons) are delivered via the Cloudflare content delivery network, which may receive your IP address. Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- IONOS — our website and production image hosting provider, which processes standard server access logs when pages and images are requested. IONOS's privacy policy.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent) to protect your information.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use:
- Strictly necessary cookies — required for the website to function. These do not require consent.
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) — these help us understand how the site is used. We only set these where you have given consent through our cookie banner.
Cookiebot stores a record of your consent choices. The quote builder also uses browser storage to retain products and artwork that you have chosen; this supports a feature you request and is not used for advertising.
You can accept or reject non-essential cookies when you first visit the site, and you can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings control on our website. You can also manage cookies and browser storage through your browser settings.
How long we keep your information
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out above. Enquiry, consultation and quote records (including supplied artwork) are typically retained for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is needed for a live project, repeat-order support, dispute resolution, or legal and accounting obligations. Customer and order records may be kept for the period required by applicable tax and company law. Newsletter subscription details are retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent. After the applicable period, information is deleted or anonymised.
How we protect your information
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss. Access to enquiry, quote and customer records is limited to people and service providers who need it for the purposes described in this policy. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
